1.Where do you live?
I live on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, in a district called Tan Phu, about 15 km from the city centre.
2.Do you live in a house or a flat?
I live in a 3 bedroom flat on the 11th floor of a big apartment building.
3.Who do you live with?
I live there with my wife and little baby son.
4.Is it a big place?
It’s pretty big for a flat. It has 3 large bedrooms, one for my wife and I and one for my son when he gets older. It also has a smaller bedroom that I use as a study and to store things in. The kitchen is small but it is part of a big open plan living room, so there is lots of space for the family.
5.How is your apartment decorated?
I don’t like lots of over the top decoration, so I guess you would describe it as minimalist. The walls are all white and the furniture is also either white or black. There are very few ornaments or pictures because again, I like to keep things quite minimal and I hate clutter.
6.Is there anything you would like to change about your flat?
I would like to have a big balcony. We have a sort of balcony at the moment, but we mainly use it for washing and drying clothes. It would be really nice to have some tables and chairs on a proper balcony, with maybe a few plants, so we could sit there in the evenings and relax.
7. Do you live in a house or an apartment?
I live in a semi-detached house with three bedrooms and a small garden.
8. Which room do you like most in your house? Why?
My favourite room is the kitchen because it looks out onto the back garden, and it's on the side of the house that catches the afternoon sun.
9. Is there anything about your house that you would like to change?
Well, it would be nice if it were a detached house so that we could have windows on the wall that we currently share with our neighbours.
10. Tell me something else about your house.
The previous owners converted the loft into an extra bedroom; that's the quietest room in the house, and the best place to go to do some work.

第一、看看雅思口语题库的类别就可以了，不用去看具体的题目。
我们知道雅思机经的题有上百道，单单就口语一科而言就够大家去准备的了，更何况还有听力，写作和阅读的大量试题。所以最方便高效的方法就是按照类别来准备，我们可以把近期雅思口语考试中出现过的题目按照类别来进行分类，人物，地点，经历，爱好….etc. 对于时间很紧张的考生来说，我们只需要把每个大类的几个经典话题来进行精心准备，而对于其他的题目，我们可以用套题法来进行准备。比如我们可以准备一个人物类的话题，对于大多数题目Describe a person who helped you a lot. Describe a person in your family. Describe a friend who means a lot to you.. 等诸如此类的话题都可以进行有机的覆盖。
第二、哪些人适合使用雅思口语题库
对于两类考生来说，机经是最有效的一种学习方式。一就是对于没有接触过雅思的考生来说，机经是一种了解雅思口语考试考什么最快的一种方式。二类人群就是对于那些在短期之内，2-3 weeks中要考雅思的考生们，在短期中准备有可能考到的试题，做大量的试题准备，有点像我们高考中的所用到的题海战术。
第三、机经不是圣经，不要过度依赖。
有几点原因，一是由于准备的时间太长，我们一般的考生没有那么多时间和精力去准备一门考试，甚至一门考试中的一个小类别，第二就是由于口语话题众多，有些话题可能虽然在机经里面经常出现，但你不能够确定是不是还在考官当天的题库中，所以也不能完全依靠机经。认为机经是唯一的救命稻草，那同学们可就进入到机经准备的误区当中了。第三呢，由于我们只是知道了机经大概的考题，而缺少一个批改的环节，所以在准备机经的同时，也应该去找相关老师去帮助自己修改自身的口语问题，比如pronunciation, structure, grammar, lexical ..etc..
三、雅思口语换题季时间
雅思换题也就是说雅思考试是不会出现定期考题的，而是随时的更换掉考试题和更新题库，就是为了防止出现考试题目再次出现在考试中的情况，但是对于考生的知识点到位不会有影响的，而且题型不会变更。
雅思口语的话题范围通常在3到4个月之间都会保持一种相对的稳定。但每年都会出现三次大的话题变化阶段，在每年的1月、5月、9月就会进入雅思口语的换题季，而且会有雅思口语中的20%-30%旧题会被换掉，这个规律其实对于雅思考生来说是一定要掌握的，可以根据这个规律来进行备考，当换题季开始之后的半个月，口语题库基本就处于稳定的状态中。因此想要掌握口语新话题的话，还是在报考换题季开始后半个月左右的场次里。
四、怎样提高雅思口语
雅思口语的题库话题需要我们多加练习，练习口语有个很好的学习软件，分享一下我在用的app：留小留，可以随时和世界各地的Native Speaker进行一对一的口语对练，里面有很多专业的雅思外教可以选择，而且还有前雅思高级考官，强烈建议考试前跟雅思考官模拟测试一下。这个软件用起来就跟打微信语音／视频电话一样，质量很清晰。这个是最让我感到意外且性价比超级高的一个APP了。我长期练习的一个外教陪练是英国的Leila，她不仅口音纯正，而且人超级nice，她本人还是一个摄影师，我也经常跟她交流摄影方面的技巧。
考生在跟外国人练习雅思口语的时候，我有2个建议：1是提前准备一个话题，带着话题去跟他们练习能让你学到很多地道的表达；2.是不一定非要选择欧美的老外，像有些南非、菲律宾的也很专业，练习口语也不错。
